  Wojtek Kostrzewa

  Chairman at blockchain startup Billon Group. He held a position of Billon’s CEO from January 2019 till March 2024. Since May 2019 he is the president of the Polish Business Roundtable. A member of the board of directors Stadler Rail and of the supervisory board ERGO Hestia. He is a chairman of the crypto derivatives exchange Quedex Ltd and chairman of Wydawnictwo Pascal. He graduated the economic faculty of the University of Kiel in Germany, where until 1991 he was an assistant and researcher. In 1989-1991 he was an advisor to the Polish finance minister, Leszek Balcerowicz. In the years 1990-2004 he was successively president of Polish Development Bank and BRE Bank (today mBank) and managed the operations of Commerzbank in the region of Central and Eastern Europe. From 2005 to October 2018 he was the chairman of the ITI Group’s management board. In the years 2005-2017, he was a SVB member and a long-term chairman of the leading tv broadcaster TVN. He is the vice-president of the employers association Lewiatan Confederation.

  Piotr Jastrzębski

  Experienced manager, shareholder and Partner at PricingLAB, former Group Treasurer at Grupa TVN and Head of Group Development at ITI Group. He used to work as a Head of Financial Investments Departure at BREbank. He graduated the science faculty of the Warsaw University (MBA) and The University of Salford and Politechnika Warszawska (Master of Science)

  Renata Kacprzak

  Legal Attorney at RKW Legal and Legal Services Consultant. A member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw since 1999. A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. She also completed post-graduate studies „Competition Law” at the Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw, „Internet Law” at the Jagiellonian University, and also completed post-graduate studies „Intellectual Property Law” at the University of Warsaw. She also participated in courses in consumer law, competition law and European Union law organized by the Directorate-General for Competition of the French Republic (DGCCRF) in Paris, as well as by the Consumer Law Center at the Catholic University of Louvain-la-Neuve in Belgium .

  John Driscoll

  Experienced Chief Financial Officer with a deep experience in various industries for both public and private entities, with an emphasis in media and entertainment. Skilled in all aspects of finance including corporate and operations management, treasury, controlling, IFRS and US GAAP financial accounting and reporting, including process and project costing, with repeated and successful capital and debt market experiences, multiple merger and acquisition transaction experiences, as well as both external and internal audit experience. Strong finance professional with a CPA and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Maryland College Park.

  Rafał Rześny

  Rafał has graduated from Gdańsk Technical University, Faculty of Management. He also studied at Hoyskole i Agder in Norway and University of Wales in UK. His professional career commenced in Audit Department of PwC in 1996. In the years 1999-2006, he has been working for the ITI Group at finance management positions, initially at TVN and then at the holding level, following which he managed finance of Internet Group until 2010. In 2011 he again assumed the role of the ITI Group Finance Director. In 2013 he founded financial advisory company ProFinCon which took over financial management of the ITI Group and until now is being successfully developed by organic growth and acquisitions. For the total of more than 10 years he was holding position on the management board of TVN Foundation. His interests are sport, books and travelling.

  Klara Kostrzewa-Artymowicz

  Klara Kostrzewa-Artymowicz graduated with a master’s degree in International Economics and Business from Utrecht University (The Netherlands). Since 2012 she is a Member of the Supervisory Board of polish book publisher Pascal Sp. z o. o. Currently she is Management Board Member of Poland Investments Sp. z o. o., working as Finance Director at Quelf Advisors Sp. z o. o. and Sports Director at WK Consult.
  Klara is being a professional show jumper. She is a multi medalist of Polish Championships and has represented Poland on many European Championships and Nation Cups.

  Anna Reiff

  A Tourism and Recreation graduate of the Physical Education University (AWF) in Warsaw. In 2005 – 2010, she was the Office Manager for „Nalewki i Inne” – a multi branch retail company. After 2010 she was engaged with ITI Group as Executive Assistant to CEO, Mr Wojciech Kostrzewa, with whom she remains professionally involved still today while holding the post of Administration and Back Office Manager and co-running the office at Mr Kostrzewa’s private undertaking WK Consult.

  Experienced senior lawyer and business advisor. Now also working with Legalis Global to help their clients meet the challenges of an ever-changing profession across an expanding set of markets. I specialize in partner and general counsel placements and law firm/practice group mergers and spin-offs.

  Agnieszka Milewska

  A graduate of Warsaw School of Economics and Warsaw School of Commerce and Law. Since 2006 associated with ITI Group started as an Executive Assistant to the Chairman of ITI Group. In 2010 she took the position of Executive Assistant to President & CEO of ITI Group, Wojciech Kostrzewa. In 2014 was promoted to PR Manager of ITI Group. Currently holds the position of Head of Administration and run the office of Wojciech Kostrzewa at his privately-held company WK Consult.
